South Valley UU Space Reservation Form

South Valley offers a variety of spaces appropriate for workshops, meetings, classes, concerts, weddings, memorial services, and other gatherings. We offer ample onsite parking, an elevator for full access, and all areas of our building are wheelchair-accessible.

Important! Reservations are not confirmed until a response is received. If you need assistance, please contact our administrator at admin@svuus.org.

If you must cancel or postpone your reservation, contact the office administrator and let us know so that your space can be freed up for others.
